As seen on Green Wedding Shoes
Kestrel Park is a new European-inspired garden venue in the Santa Ynez Valley and features a romantic, breezy setting, complete with castle-inspired architectural details. When planning the shoot this summer, however, we wanted to mix it up and bring in some moody tones and sexy vibes.
Vanessa was inspired by moody shades of gold, rich mauve, midnight black, and soft olive. The vendor team complemented this color palette with some serious texture and elegant details: velvet linens, blackberry-charcoal cocktails, and organic arrangements of peach roses, chocolate cosmos, poppy pods, and locally-foraged greenery, including oak branches from Kestrel Park.
An assortment of artfully-curated tableware from Party Pleasers adorned our sexy but simple reception table. We’re especially smitten with the black matte flatware, brushed bronze chairs, and geometric rocks glasses.
The two grooms (real-life couple Tracy and Alex of Field To Table Events!) donned menswear provided by The Black Tux; we especially loved Alex’s gingham jacket!
Just Baked SLO provided a scrumptious dessert spread, including cream puffs, gold-leafed chocolates, and a beautiful multi-tiered cake (almost) too beautiful to eat. Here are some favorites from the collection of Kestrel Park wedding photos!
