Belmond El Encanto was the perfect setting for this brunch wedding ideas editorial shoot designed by Onyx + Redwood and Array Creative Design. Brunch is the most important meal of the day and our favorite way to celebrate any special occasion, so of COURSE it’s a genius wedding theme, right?!
For our editorial, Jess and Erika conceptualized guests nibbling on fare from Hook + Press Donuts and cheese boards by Slate Catering, while sipping coffee, rosé, and the almost-too-pretty-to-drink Prickle Your Fancy specialty cocktail by Glass House Cocktails (grab the recipe at the end of the post!).
Tabletop rentals from Table Method, furniture from Avenue Twelve, and bright florals from Ella + Louie made for an inviting tablescape. Autumn Cake Design even created individual mini cakes for guests to enjoy at each place setting!

Shake lime mezcal, ginger juice, lime juice, prickly pear purée, and egg white in a cocktail shaker (or in a tightly lidded 1-qt. glass jar) until frothy, about 1 minute. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake again until outside is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass. Garnish with a few edible flowers.
